The EB-5 Regional Center Program Extended Through January 19, 2018

The EB-5 Regional Center Program has been extended through January 19, 2018, as a part of short-term spending bill passed by Congress.

At the moment, the Department of State's January Visa Bulletin still lists the EB-5 Regional Center Program as unauthorized, however, that should be updated soon.
