1. Does your application have any inconsistencies? Does your pre-construction contract contain dimensions that differ across paperwork? If the source of your income tax return is from the government that will have a higher "probative value" or credibility than if the source was a family member or friend. This is to show that your funds came from lawful sources. USCIS has strict processing procedures to ensure that funds came from lawful activities.
4. USCIS requires complete English translations of all foreign language documents submitted as evidence. Make sure that you submit all documents fully translated. Otherwise, you will receive a Requests For Clarification (RFC) document and that will drag out the process even more.
