EB-5 Overview and Our Role

There are two types of EB-5 cases. The first is through individual investment of a $1,000,000, or investment into an approved regional center (which brings the investment cost down to $500,000). Due to the many benefits of investing through a regional center, about 90-95% of all EB-5 petitions are now filed through regional centers.

In order for the investment to be approved, it must be shown that it will create 10+ full time jobs (direct or indirect) within the United States.

Our firm provides consultation services to ensure the eligibility of the investor's application, as well as taking care of any legal issues that may arise. We work with both Regional Centers and investors to provide the best match possible.

As the investment documents are submitted, and I-526 form would be provided to USCIS for their decision. While some application will be rejected,  the accepted applications will move onto the next step in order to obtain their conditional green card and eventually permanent residency.

At this point, our firm helps investors already in the United States would submit an I-485 to Adjust Status and apply for permanent residence. For investors outside of the United States, our firm guides through the process of submitting an D-260 Visa Application and consular processing.

As the investor reaches the final stages in obtaining permanent citizenship, our firm supports the investors.
