Final action dates for the EB-5 Non-Regional Center Program remains July 22, 2014, for China-mainland born applicants. Final action dates for applicants from all other countries remains current.

Additionally, final action dates for EB-5 Regional Center Program applicants are listed as "U" or unauthorized for all countries for the month of April. The "U" will not be adjusted until the EB-5 Regional Center Program is renewed. The EB-5 Regional Center Program sunset date is March 23. The dates for filing for the EB-5 Non-Regional Center Program as well as the Regional Center Program are current for all countries except Mainland China. The dates for Mainland China have not changed from last month. They are still September 1, 2014, for both the EB-5 Non-Regional Center as well as the Regional Center Program.
