[dropcap]Does[/dropcap] the May 2018 EB-5 visa bulletin reveal a Vietnam retrogression?The May 2018 EB-5 visa bulletin has been released by the Department of State and it is has revealed that the priority date for Vietnamese nationals for the EB-5 Regional Center Program has become subject to retrogression.In a previous article from April 10th, EB-5 Daily reported that the U.S. Department of State Immigrant Visa Control and Reporting Division Chief, Charlie Oppenheim, made a prediction that Vietnam would see a retrogression by September of this year.
