USCIS has created a platform called Idea Community, a crowdsourcing tool, and they have asked stakeholders to provide feedback on four different areas of the EB-5 Program.

USCIS is looking for feedback in order to improve the current EB-5 Program process and potentially make regulatory and policy changes.

According to USCIS's message their goal is to use the Idea Community to obtain feedback on these four areas of the EB-5 Program:

"Minimum investment amounts;
TEA designation process;
Regional center designation process including, but not limited to:
- Exemplar process
- Designation of the geographic scope;
and, Indirect job creation methodologies."

Stakeholders have until May 11, 2016 to submit feedback on any of these topics.
