Intellectual property can include patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, artistic creations, and industrial design rights.Real Estate Sale Agreements - Or purchase agreements are brokered and negotiated by real estate persons, but entered into between a buyer and a seller.Joint Venture Agreements - These occur between two or more companies that form a partnership where they develop a new entity. This entity is usually incorporated, although it sometimes doesn't have to be.
